Our quality standard procedures are derived from years of experience across multiple product categories. Our staffs and suppliers are monitored strictly to comply with company’s policy on integrity, confidentiality and conflict of interest. The management developed lists of documents, records and procedures to ensure all inspection results and test data are traceable, reliable and easily accessible by the management.

Team Competence
All our QC inspectors are equipped with qualified education background and solid work experience gained from relevant on-the-job training. Most of them have years of experience examining thousands of products from a wide variety of products and from various stages of production and on-line inspections. Our QC teams are located in Hong Kong and different regions of China such as Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Shanghai and Qingdao, thus enabling us efficient access to production sites and factories when situation do arise. The company also provides regular on-job training to our QC and QA team on quality systems, new regulatory developments from different parts of the world so that they are well informed of the everchanging global safety standards and requirements.

Latest Information and Technology
Besides having a strong Quality team, Hay Nien has also built a strong and close relationship with third party world renowned accredited testing laboratories in Hong Kong and China. They will periodically inform us on new developments around the world and invite us to participate their seminars in Hong Kong and China so that our team are well informed with the latest updates.

Our head quarter in Hong Kong, is also equipped with some of the more advanced equipment for testing. These technological instruments and hardware, will allow us the capability of performing some of the more straight forward and less complicated in-house testing such as Heavy metals, Phthalates analysis, Physical and Mechanical tests, vibration testing and colour fastness testing. With these in-house equipment and testing, we can help our customer save both money and precious time by having a quicker result for reference and in turn giving them confidence and peace of mind.
